TALL Tatami Platform Bed - Dark Walnut

I have been looking for a tatami platform bed with tatami mats and futon and drawers underneath for a long time. I ordered a queen size and everything was perfect. Not like something from IKEA but highest quality material. Hesitated to order furniture on-line what this was great. Everything I wanted. Highly recommend the products and Tatami Room.

I honestly bought this bed for how it was designed and I was not disappointed. Usually beds have so many parts that have to be secured with screws or bolts, which break over time. This bed interlocks at each post and only uses 4 screws for the middle support beam. Overall, it’s a very solid bed, well designed, and beautiful. It also uses farmed wood instead of using wood from virgin forests, which is a definite bonus!

This is a beautiful bed. I didn't think I received the legs and contacted them. Wonderful service. They said they were delivered, but if I couldn't locate them they would ship me another set. I did locate them, but it was great to have such cooperation. I love the bed. It's beautifully made.

When I unpacked those heavy solid hard wood parts It was such a pleasure! The screws less interlocking massive corners are something I can't refrain from showing to all of my visitors. This bed is splendid. I love this TATAROOM bed!

I am delighted with my tatami platform bed and mats. Combined with a futon mattress, it makes an extremely high quality sleeping environment. It is just the right balance between support and comfort. The bed frame is also beautifully made, with a just a few well made pieces that slot together perfectly.

We ordered the queen size tall tatami bed in dark walnut. The color is perfect and all of the pieces are well-made and sturdy. The packaging was very well done Once unpacked, it was very easy to put together with just the two of us and everything fit perfectly. We're using it with a memory foam mattress and a thin box spring and it is absolutely perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested in this style of bed. When the drawers are back in stock for this color, we plan to order those as well to go with it.

I bought the full bed (Tall), It was packaged very well. Product is super sturdy, well made, and beautiful. I will order another soon.

This is the second product that we ordered from tatamiroom. The first one was a king size bed that we ordered back in 2014, which has served us well. This one is no different. High quality with decent design.
