TALL Tatami Platform Bed Frame in Dark Walnut with 15in high legs - This Japanese style platform bed is constructed with interlocking frames that requires no brackets or screws for easy assembly. The Tall platform bed frame is made of 100% solid hardwood (Parawood-environmentally friendly wood) in satin finish. Includes 18 pairs of wooden slats (2" spacing) to support any standard size mattress.
*Complete platform bed set comes with Tatami mat(s) to create a serenity space for meditation or sitting area, Japanese futon mattress may be added for sleeping that provide excellent back support and comfort (sold separately).

Sturdy Quality
Assembles easily and sturdy. Slats are high quality and finished bed is handsome and clean looking.

Looks great and easy to build
I have the full size and it is great. Nice and hard like the beds in China. The frame is very sturdy once it is all assembled. My cousin helping me put it together kept saying how it's way better than the IKEA junk we usually buy. I agree. It took probably 1/2 hour to put it all together. No tools needed, the frame snaps together like a Jenga game or something. I love this bed and would buy it again!

I love it best bed frame ever!
It is a very solid construction. Assembly is easy and the customer service is great. They answered all my questions including weight rating. My partner loves it as well. The bed finally feels like it's on a firm foundation. I recommend it my friends and family. For the price it's a great value. I have purchased other bed frames from other places for a king size at a similar price and those construction were flimsy and can not compare to the solid wood construction that Tatami room offers.

Great platform bed and great customer service
I wasn't sure when purchasing this platform bed whether to buy the low or the tall version. My beds have always been higher but still went with the lower platform knowing it's more modern looking I suppose. When it arrived my son had put it together for me with my new Leesa mattress on it, by the time I got home from work that day. The platform is solid, well put together, and nice looking. After using it for a few days I quickly realized I should have gotten the taller version. I called Tatami Room and spoke with Jason and asked if I had any options. They actually have the taller legs available which were affordable and Jason was really good about accommodating my payment method for these. Long story short, I now have and am very happy with the taller style and would say if you are on the fence at all, go with the extra height. I would have saved myself some money in the first place but was really glad I had the option to change.
