Ensui Platform Bed Frame

Super solid and durable product. Easy to assemble. Looks fantastic.

Have had an Ensui platform bed frame for roughly 5 years now and it has held up well and continues to look beautiful. Very quality craftsmanship. I just recently ordered the headboard to go with it, and Tatami Room was great in rushing it out knowing I was moving into a new residence. Service with these folks is top notch. Highly recommend!

Purchased the king frame in 2023, came back for the headboard a few months ago. Bed was easy to put together (easiest with 2 people), and it does not move / make any noise. Headboard is low profile and effective, just like the rest. It's a long wait but the wait times for each order were provided upon ordering and were accurate - both the frame and the headboard showed up when they said it would. Great experience all around! My *only* ask would be to offer this bed in a couple other finishes, like the natural and dark walnut.

We are so happy with our frame. It's beautiful, holds our Naturepedic bed perfectly, and is accessible to our toddler. It is so nice to know it's ethically made without harmful chemicals, etc. Customer service was prompt to respond to our questions. Highly recommend it; it's worth the import time.

The shipping time was quite a long wait , but it was well worth it considering the quality of this bed frame ! It was easy to put together and there is no noise .

The instructions on how to put this together were worse than IKEA instructions. The bed comes with 4 screws and 8 pegs and no where on the instructions does it tell you where these pieces go. They look like there been photocopied multiple times and are blurry on top of it. It was like putting together a Jenga puzzle from hell. We'll see how this bed holds up over time. It's aesthetically pleasing.

This frame is beautiful and sturdy. It was extremely easy to put together. The hardest part of the assembly was unpackaging: each piece was wrapped in multiple layers of styrofoam, plastic, tape, cardboard, and more tape. I understand the need to protect it during shipping, but packaging was excessive and not eco-friendly. The frame has not squeaked or loosened at all. It is solid, heavy wood. Great quality for the price. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

The bed is solid and does not make any creaking or squeaking. I love it as my first investment in furniture I could use for life! I ordered it initially without the headboard and am looking forward to one day purchasing it. It was meticulously packaged with an outer box, foam, inner box, and plastic covering each piece. It took about as long to unpack all the pieces as it did to put them together! It arrived in about 7 weeks which was nice because I had ordered when a 8-12 week delivery estimate was given at checkout.

I ordered a king Ensui with headboard. It's beautiful. It took about 7.5 weeks to arrive, but went together easily, looks high end/expensive and a few nights in: zero squeaks.
